Dennis W. Bennett II is a staff attorney at the Chillicothe office. He joined the team in September 2022 and focuses on cases primarily involving Landlord/Tenant issues, Divorce, Domestic Violence, and Education.

Personal
Born and raised in Xenia, Ohio, Dennis was an educator for five years before going to law school. He has a passion for trial work and really enjoys the opportunity to argue a case before a judge or jury.
Dennis loves sports. His favorite football teams are Notre Dame and the Steelers, and his favorite basketball team is the Dayton Flyers.
When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with his big Irish Catholic family. Dennis is also very involved in his community, working as a volunteer at Habitat for Humanity and as a volunteer basketball and soccer coach.
